Just four years later, family and close friends joined forces to harvest the grapes that would become the winery's inaugural wine, the Castel Grand Vin 1992. Despite being a novice pioneer, Eli aimed for the highest standards, envisioning a thriving family winery that would allow future generations to participate in a shared creation for years to come.

C Blanc du Castel is a white wine crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Following fermentation in French oak barrels, the wine undergoes maturation with its residual sugars for approximately a year, following the style of Bourgogne wines. This process contributes to its unique characteristics.
